Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups kale or spinach kale is best for balancing hormones
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 knob of ginger, peeled
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • 3 cups spring or filtered water
  • 1-2 scoops healthy protein powder optional
